1. Overview

LuxpowerTek is dedicated to delivering enduring, dependable, and high-quality energy solutions to customers globally. To ensure transparency regarding the lifecycle and warranty of our products, we have established comprehensive hardware I software/firmware support policies. Additionally, we maintain an up-to-date list of discontinued products within this documentation, which is regularly revised to reflect the latest information.

2. Support Policy

Hardware Product

LuxpowerTek is committed to ensuring exceptional support for our global customers through clearly defined product support policies. Below are the key provisions of our support framework:

Warranty Period: Off-grid inverters carry a standard warranty of 2 years, while hybrid inverters are backed by a standard 5-year warranty. Variations may apply depending on the model and region; please refer to the LuxpowerTek Warranty Terms document for detailed information.
Spare Parts Availability: Following the discontinuation of a product, LuxpowerTek guarantees the supply of commonly used spare parts for a minimum of 2–3 years.
Wsparcie techniczne: We provide comprehensive technical support for at least 6–7 years from the product’s launch date, including remote consultation, access to documentation, and guidance on utilizing our monitoring platform.

Software & Firmware

LuxpowerTek is dedicated to providing robust and secure software and monitoring solutions to support our global customers. Our policies are designed to ensure long-term reliability and functionality, as outlined below:

Firmware Updates: We guarantee firmware updates for a minimum of 5 years from the product’s launch date.
Security Maintenance: In the event of critical security vulnerabilities, LuxpowerTek will provide necessary patches, even for products that have reached End-of-Life (EOL) status.
Monitoring Platform: We ensure the ongoing availability of user accounts and data visualization features on our monitoring platform, with potential variations in functionality depending on the product model.
